New Year, new underwear
Weight today : 15st 1.5lbs
New Years loss : 0.5lbs
Body fat : 48%
Happy New Year to you all. So this is it! A fresh start. 2017 will be a good year. (Sounds like a wine). I thought we'd also bin the green undies and start the year in my new posh xmas gift underwear (M&S no less)!
I think a wee recap is in order.
What am I going to do?
1. Lower my BP
2. Lower my cholesterol
3. Lose weight
Why am I going to do it?
1. I have high BP d'oh!
2. I have high cholesterol double d'oh
3. I want to fit into size 12 jeans
How am I going to do it?
1. Follow my Jo-Jo plan - which is (in a nutshell)
a. Eat only when I am hungry
b. Stop eating when I am satiated
c. NO food is banned - eat what I want (to a degree, and allowing for the following too)
d. High carbs after exercise
e. Low carbs for other meals
f. HIIT (4-5 times per week).
2. A little bit of sheer grit and determination (can any one tell me where I can buy this?)
When am I going to do it?
1. Now! But as you know, I'm not good with targets so we'll settle for just on going. 2017 is the year. How much can I achieve in 12 months? Let us see.
Thank you to all my readers and your feedback & support of my blog. I will continue to write weekly, attempt to keep it funny (when I can lol), post my stats and take a picture. And this year you'll notice a difference to my physique!!
